What is Ultimate?
Ultimate is a fast-paced, non-contact team sport played with a flying disc (frisbee). It's all about scoring points by catching the disc in the opposing team's end zone. Sounds simple, right?
Key Rules:
Self-Officiating: Players are responsible for making their own calls and resolving disputes, promoting honesty and integrity on the field.
No Contact: Ultimate is a non-contact sport, emphasizing movement and skillful disc handling.
Continuous Play: The game flows continuously, with teams transitioning quickly between offense and defense.

How to Join?
When: Sundays from 5-7pm, followed by an optional wind-down at a local pub.
Where: Our two seasonal grounds are located conveniently between Southampton and Winchester.
